Welcome to DecorAI (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application DecorAI – AI Interior Design and visit www.decoraihomes.com (the “Website”).
Please read this policy carefully. By using DecorAI you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App and Website.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information
When you create an account or interact with the App we may collect:
- Email address and display name (when signing in via email or social login)
- Authentication identifiers provided by third-party sign-in providers (e.g. Apple, Google)
- Payment and subscription status managed through RevenueCat (we do not store full payment card details)
- Device identifiers and advertising IDs (for ad personalisation and analytics)
1.2 Photos & Room Images
The core function of DecorAI requires you to upload photos of your interior spaces. When you do so:
- Photos are transmitted securely to our AI processing infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure and processed by AI models from OpenAI, Replicate, and Fal.ai
- Uploaded images are used solely to generate your AI interior design results
- We do not use your room photos to train our AI models without explicit consent
- Images may be temporarily stored to deliver your results and are deleted from processing queues after generation is complete
1.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use the App or visit the Website:
- App interactions: features used, designs generated, styles selected, and session duration
- Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs (Website only)
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics to improve app stability
1.4 Communications
If you contact us directly (e.g. via email at hello@rocketdigital.ai), we retain your name, email address, and the content of your message to respond and improve support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and Website
- Process and deliver your AI-generated interior design results
- Manage your subscription and process transactions via RevenueCat
- Send push notifications about your design results, new features, or relevant updates (you may opt out in device settings)
- Serve relevant advertisements through Google AdMob
- Analyse usage patterns to improve App performance, features, and user experience
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We work with carefully selected third-party service providers to operate and improve DecorAI. Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:
- Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 30 days of a verified account deletion request
- Uploaded room photos used for AI processing are removed from active processing infrastructure promptly after your results are delivered
- Generated design images may be stored in your account library until you delete them or close your account
- Transaction and subscription records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations
- Anonymised and aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement

5. Children's Privacy
DecorAI is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hello@rocketdigital.ai and we will take prompt steps to delete such information.
Users between 13 and 18 years of age should review this policy with a parent or guardian before using the App.

We take the security of your information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:
